Suggestions:

Powerups: Ball speed up
and a thing that puts a block in the middle that reflects the ball. hmm... i don't think that's been done. and maybe with this knowledge you could make a brick break mode. your score will be like 3.75ish.

this is stolen. why would you want to name a sprite "circle"? you copied the script and didn't even change the instance names. you didn't explain the script either because you don't know whatever the hell it means.
